IMST is a design, engineering and test center for radio systems and microelectronics. While it covers the whole value-chain from early technology exploration towards components and modules design for RF and microwaves up to the implementation of total radio systems at product level. IMSTs strengths are the development of tailored solutions according to customers needs. About 145 engineers concentrate their work on mobile and satellite communication systems as well as on microelectronics components design and on antenna solutions.
Four technical departments complement each other in the disciplines: System design and embedded software, Circuit design and integration including RF components development, Antenna, as well as an accredited test centre facility for CE/EMC, mobile phone tests (SAR, OTA, battery lifetime), antennas, RF material and circuit testing an more.
