IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (ISICAS 2023) is an in-person event that will be held on October 24-25, 2023, at Jeju, Korea. The symposium will discuss integrated circuits and system implementations for many applications. All the accepted papers will be published in four Special Issues of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems – I (TCAS-I), of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems – II (TCAS-II), of the IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBioCAS), and of the IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems (OJCAS). The ISICAS 2023 invites researchers, engineers, and students from industry, universities, and government agencies.
