Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation and RF Micro Devices, Inc. (RFMD) have announced that they have settled all outstanding claims between the companies. The two parties have agreed to dismiss all related litigation and mutually entered into patent cross licenses, of which the specific financial terms of the agreement remain confidential.
