Agilent Technologies electronic measurement group has not officially started operating as Keysight Technologies, Inc. In September 2013, Agilent Technologies announced the spinoff of its electronics measurement group to a new company called Keysight Technologies. It will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Agilent Technologies until early November when the separation is expected to be completed and Keysight begins trading on the NYSE under the symbol KEYS.
