Linx Technologies, a Merlin, OR-based developer and manufacturer of antennas, has introduced the microSplatch uSP410 series of surface-mount monopole antennas for embedded Sub-1 GHz and low-power, wide-area (LPWA) applications, including LoRaWan and remote-control applications.
Exhibiting a low proximity effect, the uSP410 series is an ideal solution for devices typically subject to nearby interference. The uSP410 series uses the ground-line technique to achieve outstanding performance in a compact surface-mount package, making it especially well-suited for the Internet of Things (IoT) devices, hand-held devices, and Smart Home networking. This series includes 433 MHz, 868 MHz, and 915 MHz antenna options.
Tolga Latif, President and CEO of Linx Technologies said that the new uSP410 series of single-band antennas for ISM and LPWA applications adds to the SP610 and nSP250 cellular and WiFi antennas that Linx recently introduced. All these antennas enable excellent embedded surface-mount antenna performance in solutions that are subject to interferers such as the human body. The uSP410 series is available today in tape and reel packaging via Linx Technologies’ distributor and manufacturer representative networks.
