Advantech Wireless Technologies has released new state-of-the-art Dual Band and Ka-Band Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) and Block Up Converters (BUCs) that are specifically engineered for LEO/MEO ground station applications. These products are designed to serve as a solid-state alternative to traditional traveling tube based (TWT) technologies typically used in gateway earth stations.
Based on Advantech’s proprietary technology, this new series of amplifiers delivers features that have a beneficial impact on both Cap-X and Op-X budgets and provide the highest availability through high MTBF and low MTTR.
