Planar Monolithics Industries, Inc. (PMI) announced that they have received their ISO 9001:2008 certification for their Quality Management System at their El Dorado Hills facility in California. All three PMI facilities are now ISO Certified. The other two facilities are located in Frederick, MD. ISO 9001:2008 certification requires companies to meet the complex and demanding documentation, quality system and continuous process improvement requirements of the aerospace, defense and commercial industries.
