Dow-Key Microwave to Showcase Connectorized Switches from DC to 27 GHz at SATELLITE 2015

SATELLITE 2015Dow-Key Microwave Corporation has announced that it will showcase its 411HQ, 461H and 511H series of switches at the SATELLITE 2015 Exhibition, in Washington DC on March 17-19 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Dow-Key Microwave switches to be showcased include:

  1. 511H Series: High Power T-Switch with TNC connectors qualified at 160W CW. The 511H Series is qualified to operate from low DC up to 4.6GHz. The 511H Series has been on flight missions including GSAT, MUOS, AMOS, TDRS and many other programs.
  2. 461H-Series: Low power SP6T switch with SMA connectors, fully operating from DC to 18 GHz. The 461H-Series successfully launched on AMOS 4.
  3. 411HQ-Series: Lightweight C-switch with SMA connectors. Weighing in at only 53 grams, the 411HQ-Series is qualified from low DC to 27 GHz operating frequency. The 411HQ-Series is flight mission ready.

Dow-Key Microwave’s Space Division is dedicated solely to space production that is supported by a well trained and certified group of technicians and production personnel. The entire staff is fully dedicated to its customer base, with comprehensive focus on each project from the design phase through final test and beyond. Their Test Facility includes two 400 square foot Class 7 clean rooms with controlled humidity and temperature that are allocated for the most critical assembly processes and in-process testing. The company’s Environmental Lab is fully equipped with three Thermal Vac chambers as well as a sophisticated vibration table that is fully equipped to perform random and sine vibration, in addition to limited levels of mechanical shock.
