The Model 3250B from Kratos is a PIN Diode Attenuator that operates from 0.2 to 18 GHz. It provides an attenuation of up to 60 dB in 1 dB increments using 6-bit binary or BCD programming with an accuracy of ± 1.5 dB. The attenuator can handle a peak input power of 2 W, has an insertion loss of less than 5 dB, and a switching time of less than 2 µsec. It requires a DC supply of 5/±15 V, consumes 250 mA of current over a 5 V supply, and 75 mA of current over a ±15 V supply. Four-channel Downconverter for Military Radar Systems
The DA4 series consists of three different modules, with input frequency ranges of 0.5 to 2 GHz, 2 to 8 GHz, and 8 to 18 GHz. The 2244 from Empower RF Systems is a Solid-State Pulsed Power Amplifier System that operates from 1 to 1.4 GHz. It delivers a pulsed output power of more than 8 kW with a power gain of 74 dB and has a duty cycle from 0.5 to 20%. This amplifier system comprises multi-drawer integrated subsystems which feature multiple high-power GaN-on-SiC devices that can be used to provide wide frequency response, high gain, high peak power, and low distortions.
