Maury Microwave Introduces Cable Assemblies for On-Wafer Probing up to 67 GHz

Maury Microwave has introduced the StabilityWaferTM on-wafer probing cable assembly line that connect to a coaxial probe for conducting on-wave measurements. These cable assemblies have been designed to provide stable and repeatable electrical performance up to 67 GHz. They are available with 3.5mm connectors to 26.5 GHz, 2.92mm connectors to 40 GHz, 2.4mm connectors to 50 GHz, and 1.85mm connectors to 67 GHz in standard and custom lengths.

The connectors are color-coded making it easy to figure out interconnections without damaging the connector interface. The connectors are available in straight/right-angle geometries and male/female options. They are also available in extended 90° and 83° geometries for optimized connections to probes. The image below shows the different geometry options that are available within the StabilityWaverTM series.
