Copper Mountain Technologies, a company that develops innovative and robust RF test and measurement solutions for engineers all over the world, is now offering repair and annual verification services for European CMT customers at its new location in Cyprus. CMT opened its European location in 2022 to house its R&D department and support production at the manufacturing facility in Israel.
The company is now expanding to include service capabilities. It is focused on supporting engineers using CMT VNAs and is pleased to offer a more convenient repair location to its current and future customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Customers can now select their preferred CMT service location when filling out an RMA request on the CMT website. This new service capability is added to support the growing number of CMT customers and partners around the globe.
Once service capabilities are established, customers will have the option to send their units to either the US HQ or CMT EU location for any repairs or troubleshooting. At that time the facility will be able to repair and service VNAs along with an option for unaccredited calibration. CMT EU is also working towards providing traceable accredited calibration services in late 2023.
Copper Mountain Technologies develops innovative and robust RF test and measurement solutions for engineers all over the world.
