Space Tech Expo USA, a premier space event, is returning for its 11th edition on 3rd – 4th May 2023 in the sunny city of Long Beach, CA. This year’s leading B2B event is set to be bigger than ever, with 3,300+ event attendees and unparalleled networking opportunities that will give visitors the opportunity to grow their industry network and diversify their supplier base.
All aspects of the two-day event are completely free-to-attend, with an all-access pass granting admission to the 250+ exhibit hall and the chance to meet some of the industry’s most sought-after suppliers and manufacturers keen to help you enhance your current objectives. This year, participating companies include Caltech CTME, dSPACE, EAG Laboratories, Element Materials Technology, GF Casting Solutions AG, Launchpad Build, National Reconnaissance Office, Olympus Corporation of the Americas, Pulsar Fusion, Velo 3D and many more.
Running alongside the exhibition is the Space Tech Expo USA free-to-attend conference, which will see 40+ technical-level experts collaborate in a diverse and informative collection of sessions that will examine the key issues and opportunities within the US-domestic and international space industry. Early confirmed speakers include representatives from Space Ryde, United States Air Force, Rocket Lab, Neuralagent, Sidus Space and Airbus US Space & Defense, who will engage in both industry and technological sessions surrounding this year’s central theme: Scaling Up to Strengthen the Space Backbone. Topics to be covered include workforce development, optimized system design through additive manufacturing, material development, next-gen robotics for missions to LEO, lunar and beyond, plus much more.
One of the most highly anticipated event features for 2023 is the B2B Matchmaking Service. Last year saw 475 in-person meetings take place on the show floor, all pre-organized to ensure that attendees are able to network and do business with the supply chain connections that are right for them. This service is open to all event attendees, and it allows attendees to schedule as many meetings as desired in the ultimate way to source new suppliers, customers and partners while they have the entire space supply chain at their fingertips.
Gordon McHattie, Event Director at Space Tech Expo USA says: “The continued growth and optimism in the space industry is reflected in the continued growth of the event and the visibility of new players exhibiting, speaking, and attending. We’re extremely excited to host our largest US show this coming May and learn more on new sector technologies, innovations, challenges, and successes!”
