On June 8, 2015, API Technologies announced the completion of its acquisition of Aeroflex/Inmet and Aeroflex/Weinschel from Cobham. The businesses will become part of API’s RF, Microwave, and Microelectronics global product offering.
API Technologies has a formal integration team and detailed plan already in place to ensure uninterrupted supply chain of the products. Customers can interface with the same Inmet and Weinschel contacts as they do not anticipate any changes within the supply chain or AP teams.
