Marki Microwave has update the simulation models for the Microlithic mixers and doublers in the PDK for Microwave Office. These physics-based models include full linear and nonlinear performance predictions in a convenient package for Microwave Office users. Models can predict conversion loss, isolations, return losses, and nonlinear effects such as spurious, two tone, and compression. Updated features include:
- All catalog Microlithic double balanced mixers and doublers, including surface mount mixers
- Support for Microwave Office versions 10, 11, and 12 in both 32 and 64 bit formats
- Integrated software license agreement, so models can be used with no paperwork
