Elite RF has launched a new line of Solid-State GaN-based high-power microwave generators for RF Energy applications from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. These field-repairable and highly customizable microwave generators provide up to 3 kW, 6 kW, and 12 kW of saturated output power. They have built-in RF redundancy and smart power control, which replaces the current magnetron tube technology. Their solid state/digital architecture makes them highly reliable and ideal for high-power RF energy applications like plasma generation for CVD diamonds, hydrogen production and coatings.
Elite RF’s higher-power RF generators have a range of features like the Automatic Power Function (APF), which automatically adjusts output power to stay constant even in the event of an RF device failure. The Preventive Alarm Supervision (PAS) allows for alarms without stopping production to allow you to complete your process. The RF Energy Systems have two parts, an SSPA RF unit and a high-current switching power supply unit.

Upcoming Microwave Generators
The current range of Microwave Generators developed by Elite RF is for the 2.4 GHz band. They are currently working on developing GaN-based generators for the 915 MHz and 433 MHz bands.
