Microwave Vision Group (MVG) has introduced new Dual Polarized Probes that operate from from 0.8 to 75 GHz. These dual-polarized probes offer exceptional signal integrity that minimizes interference with precise amplitude balance, thereby enabling an accurate measurement response. It also supports balanced feeding schemes to improve XPD performance and minimize pattern distortion for enhanced symmetry.
These probes include newly developed 3dB/180° couplers, covering 0.8 - 20 GHz frequency bands. This innovation aims to boost performance with near-optimal amplitude and phase distribution, significantly enhancing the accuracy and reliability of antenna measurements, FF measurements, calibration and polarization reference.
The probes provide a gain of 6-17 dBi and has a return loss of 10 dB with a VSWR of less than 1.9:1. They offer a port-to-port isolation of more than 45 dB and a cross-polar discrimination of better than 40 dB. These dual-polarized probes are equipped with 3.5 mm (female) connectors and AEMI RF absorbers.
