Peregrine Semiconductor has announced the availability of their discontinued products through the Arrow Electronics’ Supply Assurance program, enabling customers to order obsolete Peregrine products beyond the product’s end-of-life process and last-time-buy event.
Under this program, Arrow can support the customers’ ongoing demand for parts after the component manufacturer has discontinued production. Peregrine’s customers can now turn to Arrow to receive the obsolete Peregrine products they know and trust.
By working with Arrow’s supply assurance team, they are complementing the work currently undertaken with Richardson RFPD, an Arrow company and RF design-in specialist distributor.
Arrow procures inventory through their Supply Assurance program to extend factory-direct support. This program supports customers’ ongoing demand for five to 10 years after manufacturing has been discontinued. Parts purchased from them are shipped with full certificates of compliance, which removes the risk of counterfeit parts entering supply chains.
