Keysight Technologies gave six demonstrations with China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC) at the Global TD-LTE Initiative (GTI) Summit 2016, held June 27 to 28 in Shanghai. The demonstrations included test solutions for LTE-Advanced user equipment and Radio Remote Unit (RRU). LTE-Advanced and IoT technologies are progressing rapidly and Keysight is at the forefront, offering simplified testing solutions to help bring reliable devices to market quickly.
During the summit, they demonstrated several key LTE-Advanced mobile features that are used to improve network speeds and coverage, including uplink carrier aggregation, uplink 64 QAM, 4×4 MIMO, and high power uplink (HPUE) using the E7515A UXM Wireless Test Set. The UXM’s integrated and intuitive user interface and comprehensive LTE-Advanced capabilities were well-received by attendees.
In addition to the latest LTE-Advanced technology, the GTI summit also promoted the latest Narrow Band Internet of Things (NB-IoT) advancements. Keysight showed the E7515A UXM’s NB-IoT capabilities, further displaying the platform’s continuously evolving technology coverage.
