The latest version of Murata Tune/Optimize library, Version 2018.07, is now available for the NI AWR Design Environment platform, specifically the Microwave Office circuit design software. The new library includes new surface mount device (SMD) models of capacitors and inductors, available as process design kits (PDKs) that can be accessed using the Microwave Office software. The new models make it easier for customers to tune and optimize their designs utilizing Murata parts.
The NI AWR Design Environment software platform includes RF/microwave electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as Visual System Simulator system design software, Microwave Office/Analog Office microwave/RF circuit design software and AXIEM and Analyst EM analysis software. The software product portfolio also includes AntSyn antenna design and synthesis software and AWR Connected third-party solutions. Collectively, these products empower design engineers to dramatically reduce development time and cost for components, circuits, systems and subsystems employed in wireless, high-speed wired, broadband, aerospace and defense and electro-optical applications.
Newly released Version 2018.07 adds to the existing NI AWR software-compatible Murata library of capacitors and inductors that includes more than 20,000 types of capacitors and 4,000 types of inductors.
