Resonant, an innovative RF filter design company developing filters for the mobile device industry has adopted NI AWR software as its primary die layout platform and that parts from its Filter IP Standard Library of SAW, TC-SAW, and BAW XBAR^™ filters are accessible as an extensible markup language (XML) library from NI AWR Design Environment software.
The use of NI AWR software will accelerate the development and accessibility of high-performance RF and millimeter-wave filters in mobile communication devices. The XML implementation of their Filter IP Standard Library into the NI AWR software platform and cross deployment of the software suite into their own development efforts will broaden Resonant’s presence in the RFFE filter market.
Availability: The Resonant Filter IP XML library can be accessed from the elements tab of the NI AWR Design Environment software, starting with its next release.
