The ARA-1220 Series from ARA are Vehicular Mount Antennas that operate from 941.5 to 2000 MHz. These vertically polarized antennas provide a gain of up to 15 dBi and have a VSWR of less than 1.75:1. They have an omni-directional radiation pattern. The antennas have an option for an integrated bandpass filter and low-noise preamplifier with a noise figure of 1 dB (requires a DC supply from 12 to 15 V). These low-profile antennas combine the standard NATO 4-Bolt mounting pattern allowing easy integration into military vehicles and antenna mast systems. The antennas are available in a housing that measures 1.5 x 24.0 inches with N-type (female) connectors and are designed for military communications applications in demanding and harsh tactical conditions.
