The HPA-65R-BUU-H8 from Communication Components Inc. is a 6-Port Antenna that operates from 698 to 894 MHz (Low Band) and 1710 to 2360 MHz (High Band). It has two ports operating in the low band and four ports operating in the high band. This 45° dual polarized antenna provides a gain of up to 17.7 dBi and has a front-to-back ratio of more than 35 dB. It has an azimuth beamwidth of up to 68° and a maximum elevation beamwidth of 10.1°. The antenna has enhanced array spacing that ensures optimal MIMO performance and is designed for 4×4 MIMO operation in the high band and 2×2 MIMO operation in the low band.
The HPA-65R-BUU-H8 can handle CW input power of up to 500 W, has a VSWR of less than 1.5:1 and provides cross-polarization port to port isolation of more than 25 dB. It is equipped with a field replaceable, integrated AISG 2.0 compliant Remote Electrical Tilt (RET) controller that provides an electrical downtilt from 2-10°. The antenna allows separate tilt control for each pair of ports which enables maximum flexibility in network deployment. It is available in an enclosure that measures 92.8 × 14.4 × 7.3 inches with six 7-16 DIN female connectors.
The antenna can be used to increase capacity without adding antennas, deploy WCS band without increasing antenna count, co-site current, and next-generation base station technologies on the same antenna. It is designed and produced to ISO 9001 certification standards for reliability and quality.
