The BGT24ATR12 from Infineon is a SiGe MMIC for signal generation and reception, operating in the 24 GHz ISM band from 24 to 24.25 GHz. This Automotive Radar Chipset is based on a 24 GHz fundamental voltage controlled oscillator and has one transmitter and two receiver units. It has an integrated switchable frequency pre-scaler with output frequencies of 1.5 GHz and 23 kHz. The chipset provides an output power of 11 dBm to feed an antenna. The AEC-Q100 qualified MMIC is controlled via SPI and is manufactured using a 0.18μm SiGe process. It is available in a 32 pin leadless RoHS compliant VQFN package.
