The 2H-33A-R2 from Commscope is a 4-port Multibeam Antenna that operates from 1695 to 2400 MHz. This ±45° polarized antenna provides a gain of up to 19.9 dBi, a cross-polarization isolation of 28 dB and an inter-band isolation of 16 dB. It can handle up to 250 W of input power per port and has a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. The antenna has a front-to-back ratio of more than 30 dB, a horizontal beamwidth of up to 38 degrees and a vertical beamwidth of up to 7.5 degrees.
The 2H-33A-R2 enhances network capacity by achieving the equivalent of six sectors site application with only three antenna faces and maximizes frequency spectrum utilization to increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). It is available in an enclosure with fiberglass radome that measures 1400 x 350 x 208 mm and has 4.3-10 female connectors.
The antenna has RET (Remote Electrical Tilt) functionality and each antenna downtilt can be independently adjusted for greater flexibility in network optimization. The RET operates over a DC supply voltage from 10 to 30 V while consuming up to 13 W of power in normal state and up to 2 W of power in idle state.
