The 2SS-33A-R1 from CommScope is an 8-Port Multibeam Antenna that operates from 3100 to 4200 MHz. This ±45° polarized antenna provides a gain of up to 17.8 dBi and can handle an input power of up to 80 W per port. It has a horizontal beamwidth of 34-38 degrees, a vertical beamwidth of 8.5-9.9 degrees and a beam tilt of 2-12 degrees. It has a VSWR of less than 1.5:1 and provides port to port an isolation of 25 dB.
The 2SS-33A-R1 enhances network capacity, reduces the antenna count by minimizing Cap-Ex & Op-Ex costs, and increases spectrum utilization in six-sector configurations with three antennas. It is available in a UV-resistant fiberglass radome that measures 1100 x 301 x 181 mm and has 4.3-10 (Female) connectors. The antenna is designed for applications covering the C-band along with future CBRS expansions.
