The SCA360F-KEHJ4G from Communication Components Inc. is a Quad-Band 28-Port Omni-directional Antenna. It has eight ports covering 698-960 MHz, twelve ports covering 1695-2690 MHz, four ports covering 3400-3800 MHz, and four ports covering 5150-5925 MHz. This 45° dual-polarized antenna provides a peak gain of 9 dBi, has a VSWR of less than 1.6:1, and cross-polar port-to-port isolation of greater than 25 dB. It can handle up to 100 W of CW input power and has a PIM of less than -153 dBc.
This canister antenna is designed for multiple operators/platforms, with each pair of ports residing on separate and independent antenna arrays, minimizing potential interference between multiple operators. Pairs of the same frequency band can be combined for 4x4 MIMO where applicable. It is equipped with a standardized 6-Bolt “Starburst” attachment along with various EDT configurations, to allow maximum coverage/performance flexibility.
The SCA360F-KEHJ4G antenna measures 1.2 m (H) x 0.42 m (W) and has 4.3-10 connectors. It is also equipped with an internal GPS antenna with an N-type connector. The antenna is an ideal solution for multi-tenant small cell densification deployments, difficult jurisdictional and other visually sensitive environments along with outdoor distributed antenna systems (ODAS), neutral host in venues, campuses, and other outdoor coverage applications.
