The S9130A from Keysight Technologies is a 5G Multi-Band Vector Transceiver for frequencies from 380 MHz to 8/12 GHz and 24.25 to 43.5 GHz. It leverages Keysight’s proven PXI vector transceiver platform to provide a compact test system with excellent EVM and ACLR performance for manufacturing and design verification tests. This transceiver features OTA-friendly expandable architecture to avoid high losses from switching and long cable runs and supports one remote mmWave head. It has a generator/analyzer bandwidth of 1.2 GHz. The transceiver is ideal to test 5G NR network equipment and radio components such as 5G NR high-performance base station transceiver systems, 5G NR components, including remote radio heads (RRH), distributed units (DU), active antenna arrays, amplifiers, chipsets.
The S9130A has an amplitude accuracy of ±0.85 dB, an Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) from 0.23 to 0.74%, and an Adjacent Channel Leakage Ration (ACLR) of -67 dBc. It requires an AC supply of 100/120-220/240 V and consumes 485 W of power. This vector transceiver is available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 449.5 x 197.8 x 568.9 mm with BNC connectors and can be controlled via a LAN RJ-45 interface.
