The AWMF-0145 from Anokiwave is a Silicon Quad Core Rx IC for 5G phased array applications. It operates from 37.1 to 40 GHz in the 3GPP n260 band. The IC supports four radiating elements, has 5-bit phase control and 5-bit gain control for analog RF beam steering. This IC has on-chip weight storage registers for gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, and fast beam switching. It requires a DC supply of 1.8 V and has ESD protection on all pins. This IC is available in a WLCS package that measures 3.7 x 3.7 mm.
