The HL9449 from Hyperlabs is a Bias Tee that operates from 160 kHz to 110 GHz. It has a DC breakdown voltage of up to 30 V and a breakdown current of 175 mA. The bias tee has an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and has a rise time of 3.2 ps. It has an amplitude match of ±0.1 dB and a phase match of ±4°. This bias tee is available in a module that measures 49.53 x 33.02 x 13.46 mm and has 1.0 mm jack/plug connector options. It is ideal for 112 Gbps PAM4 communications systems, optical communication systems, high-speed data systems, level shifting, cascading, interfacing between devices with incompatible DC operating points, biasing amplifiers, lasers, and optical modulators, and other applications.
