The UPBA-30.5-1 from L3 Narda-MITEQ is a compact, modular BUC which upconverts an input frequency from 1 to 2 GHz to an RF frequency from 30 to 31 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 13 dBm with a small signal gain of 26 dB. The BUC works on a range of supply voltages from 12 VDC to 15 VDC, while consuming up to 1.6 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 88.9 x 127 x 34.54 mm with SMA/2.92 mm female connectors.
