The FG370-NA Series from Fibocom are Sub-6 GHz 5G/4G/3G Communication Modules that support 5G Standalone (SA) and Non-Standalone (NSA) architectures. They deliver a downlink data rate of up to 7010 Mbps and an uplink data rate of up to 2500 Mbps. These modules are equipped with an MTK T830 chip based on a 4 nm manufacturing process and have a built-in 4-core ARM Cortex-A55 2.2 GHz CPU. They support 5G NR sub-6 GHz dual-carrier convergence (3CC CA) 300MHz frequency. The modules require a DC supply of 3.8 V and can be controlled via various interfaces such as USB 3.1 Gen2, PCIe 4.0, UART, SPI, GPIO, etc.
The FG370-NA Series modules have integrated support for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS GNSS constellations. They also support VoLTE, SMS over IP (IMS), and SMS over NAS. These modules are available in an LGA package that measures 41.00 x 44.00 x 2.75 mm and have 8+1 (GNSS) antenna interfaces. They are ideal for intelligent terminals such as fixed wireless access (FWA), CPE, gateways, routers, industrial monitoring terminals, and telemedicine terminal applications.
