The FM350-GL from Fibocom is a Sub-6 GHz 5G/4G/3G Module that provides global mobile network coverage. It delivers a downlink data rate of up to 4.67 Gbps and a maximum uplink data rate of 1.25 Gbps. This module delivers a Tx power of 23.5 dBm and has an Rx sensitivity of up to -102 dBm. It has a built-in eSIM and Assisted-GNSS (A-GNSS) that supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS constellations. The module has a tunable antenna with an antenna tuner & MIPI tuner and supports modulation schemes up to 256QAM.

The FM350-GL requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and can be controlled via USIM (1.8/3 V), PCIe Gen 3.0, and I2C interfaces. It is available in an M.2 S3 Key-B package that measures 30 x 52 mm and is ideal for personal computers (laptop, desktop, tablet, etc.), IoT gateway, and router applications.
