The Type 1SE (LBAD0ZZ1SE) from Murata is an LTE Cat M1/NB-IoT Module that operates from 703 to 960 MHz and 1710 to 2170 MHz. It is based on an Altair ALT1250 + ST STM32L462RE Cortex M4 processor and includes 512 KB flash, 160 KB SRAM and 1 MB onboard serial flash. This module has an internal Truphone (Worldwide operation) eSIM (WLCSP) and supports 3GPP eDRX and PSM modes to reduce power consumption. It requires a DC supply from 3.3 to 5 V and has very low power consumption enabling up to 10-year battery life. This module provides a Tx power of 23 dBm and has an Rx sensitivity of -103 dBm. It is available in an LGA package with metal case that measures 15.4 x 18.0 x 2.5 mm with a U.FL connector for an external antenna interface and can be controlled via GPIO, ADC, I2C, JTAG, PWM, SPI and UART interfaces.
