The LPM2100 from Shanghai Yuge Information Technology is a Cellular IoT Module that supports eMTC/NB-IoT/EGPRS. It operates using Band 5 / Band 8 and supports GPS/BeiDou/GLONASS for position tracking. The module supports data rates of up to 375 Kbps (UL/DL) when using LTE CatM1 and data rates of up to 72 Kbps when using LTE CATNB1.
The module is based on a single-core ARM Cortex A7 processor. It consumes 5 microamp in the PSM mode and 1 microamp in the sleep mode while operating over a supply voltage from 3.3 to 4.2 V. This module is available in a 102 pin LGA package that measures 22.5 x 26.5 x 2.4 mm.
