The SIM8230X from SIMCom are Sub-6 GHz Multi-Band 5G NR/LTE-FDD/LTE-TDD Modules. They have a 3GPP Rel-17 Compliant 5G Standalone architecture, with a downlink data rate of up to 220 Mbps and an uplink data rate of up to 100 Mbps. These modules require a DC supply from 3.3 to 4.4 V. They are available in LGA + LCC packages that measure 30.0 x 30.0 x 2.5 mm and can be controlled via USB 2.0, PCM, I2C, PCIe, and GPIO interfaces.
