The ETXO5300BZ Series from Dynamic Engineers are High-Temperature SMD Oscillators that operates from 10 kHz to 100 MHz. They provide an HC-CMOS compatible output signal and have a frequency stability of ±100 ppm (over temperature range -55 to +125°C). These oscillators have a start-up time of less than 5 ms and a rise/fall time of better than 7 ns. They require a DC supply of 2.5/3.3/5 V and consume less than 30 mA of current. The oscillators are available in ceramic packages that have been specially designed for surface-mounting using infrared, vapor phase, or epoxy techniques. They are suitable for use in downhole and well-drilling equipment, avionics, airborne equipment, geothermal equipment, and fire fighting equipment.
