The IQXO-597 from IQD is a crystal clock oscillator that operates from 1 to 2.2 GHz. The oscillator has a frequency stability of ±20ppm over the operating temperature range of -40 to 85 degree C. It is available in a 14.0 x 9.0 x 3.3 mm, 6 pad surface mount package and has an FR4 base with a non-hermetically sealed metal lid. This clock oscillator is ideal for applications such as 100G/400G data communications, high speed ADC, DAC & SerDes as well as coherent optical modules.
The IQXO-597 is available in three different outputs; Sine, Differential Sine and LVPECL. It requires a supply of 3.3V with a maximum current draw of 70 mA (Sine) or 120 mA (LVPECL) and has an ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 15 fs over 12 kHz to 20 MHz (Sine @2.1930 GHz) or 46 fs over 10 kHz to 20 MHz (LVPECL @ 1.0960 GHz).
