The SiT3922 is a highly flexible, differential MEMS DCXO that supports LVPECL and LVDS outputs. This programmable device can generate any frequency from 220 to 625 MHz, along with any combination of voltage (2.5 V & 3.3 V), pull range (±25 ppm to ±1600 ppm) and package (3225, 5032, 7050). It has a frequency stability of ±10, ±25, ±50 ppm and enables frequency tuning via a unique one-wire interface, eliminating frequency drift that is caused by board noise and simplifying PLL and clock synchronization design. The DCXO is available in 3 industry-standard 6-pin packages (3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, 7.0 x 5.0 mm) and is ideal for SONET, telecom, networking and satellite applications.
