XDL20-8-140S Image

The XDL20-8-140 is a surface mount delay line that can be used in amplifier linearization applications from 1805 to 1990 MHz. It uses a slow wave coupling structure that maximizes the amount of delay per unit area over other distributed delay structures. This device provides a mean delay of up to 14.2 nanoseconds and can handle an input power of 1 watt. The XDL20-8-140 is available in Tape & Reel and is ideal for use in the main loop of feedforward and in pre-distortion amplifiers.
