The 50PSA-102-XX series from JFW Industries are solid-state programmable phase shifter assemblies that operate from 1.5 to 3 GHz. The assembly has up to 9 individually controlled phase shifters with a phase range from 0 to 358.6° in 1.4° steps. The center frequency is selectable in 10MHz steps for better phase accuracy across the desired band and each phase shifter can be assigned a different center frequency. The phase shifters have an insertion loss of under 10 dB and can handle an input power of up to 28 dBm. The assembly is available as a benchtop module with SMA female connectors. Each phase shifter is a TTL controlled device and the system can be remote controlled via Ethernet.
