The VEC-108 from Vectria Technologies is a 6-Bit GaAs based digital phase shifter that operates from 2.4 to 4.2 GHz. It has a 360-degree phase control range with an LSB of 5.6 degrees. The phase shifter can handle up to 33 dBm of input power and requires a 5 or 3.3 V supply. It is available in a 1.5 x 0.75 x 0.2 inches surface mount package and is ideally suited for phase array antennas, satellite communications, WLAN and WIMAX base station applications.
