The PS-500M2G-10B-SFF-MIL-SM from Quantic PMI is a Digitally Controlled Analog Phase Shifter that operates from 0.5 to 2 GHz. It provides phase shifting from 0° to 360° and includes a 10-bit TTL control for 1024 discrete values of phase. This phase shifter has a switching speed of less than 500 ns and an insertion loss of less than 13 dB. It has an amplitude error of ±1.0 dB and a phase shift error of ±5°. This phase shifter requires a DC supply of ±15 V and consumes less than 250 mA of current. It consists of an analog phase shifter and a digital-to-analog converter (external latch/STRB).
