The CMD175P4 from Qorvo is a 5-Bit Digital Phase Shifter MMIC that operates from 2 to 4 GHz. It provides a phase shift from 0° to 360° with an LSB of 11.25° and has a phase error of ±5°. This phase shifter can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm and has an insertion loss of 7 dB. It is matched to 50 ohms which eliminate the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The phase shifter is controlled with single-bit negative logic of 0 or -3 V.
