The SFD500D10 from Sigatek is an 8-Bit Digital Phase Shifter that operates at 500 MHz. It provides a phase shift from 0 to 360° with an LSB of 1.4° and has a switching speed of 500 ns. This bi-directional phase shifter can handle an input power of up to 1 W (~30 dBm) and has an insertion loss of less than 5 dB. It has a TTL control bus that allows 256 discrete phase values and is controlled using a control voltage of 0/+5 V. The phase shifter requires DC supplies of ±5 V. It is available in a module that measures 114.30 x 59.70 x 19.10 mm with SMA-female input/output connectors.
