The VEC-106 from Vectria Technologies is a 6-bit miniature Digital Phase Shifter that operates from 0.8 to 1.8 GHz. It has a 360-degree phase control range with an LSB of 5.6 degrees. It can handle up to 3 dBm of input power and requires a 3 to 5.5 V supply. This GaAs based shifter is fully matched to 50 ohms on both the input and output. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 1.5 × 0.75 × 0.2 inches (Also available in a module with SMA connectors) and is ideally suited for use in phased array antenna, satellite communication, smart antenna systems and cellular base stations.
