The 3194-20 from ARRA is a miniature stripline directional coupler that operates from 1 to 2 GHz. The 20 dB coupler has a directivity of over 25 dB with an insertion loss of less than 0.2 dB. It can handle up to 50 watts of input power, and peak power of 3 kW. This coupler is available in a module that measures 1.78 x 0.50 x 0.94 inches with SMA (F) connectors.
