The C-9001-8.5 from Werbel Microwave is a Quad-Directional Coupler that operates from 4 to 18 GHz. This unique multi-output coupler eliminates the need for an additional power divider when multiplexing. This 8.5 dB coupler provides a directivity of 10 dB and has a mainline loss of 5.2 dB. It has four separate output bands and offers the ability to filter different bands (4 – 8 GHz, 7 – 12 GHz, 11 – 15 GHz, and 14 – 18 GHz) without the need of a power splitter, which reduces the path insertion loss. The coupler can handle a CW input power of up to 10 W. It is available in a module that measures 4.25 x 0.6 x 0.38 inches with SMA-female connectors and is suitable for indoor applications.
