The ERDLVA-18G40G-65-50-1 from Quantic PMI is an Extended Range Detector Log Video Amplifier (ERDLVA) that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It has a logging range from -65 to 0 dBm and a tangential signal sensitivity (TSS) of -68 dBm. This ERDLVA has a log linearity of ±1.5 dB, a 50 mV/dB log slope, and a typical rise time of 10 ns.
