HADA-D2001 Image

The HADA-D2001 from PMI RF is a detector log video amplifier (DLVA) which operates from 0.5 GHz to 2 GHz with a flatness of 0.75 dB. It has a dynamic range of 40 dB, a log slope of 50 mV/dB and 100 % of duty cycle. It can handle up to 23 dBm of power and requires a 12 V of DC supply. The HADA-D2001 is housed in a package which measures 2.50 in x 1.50 in x 0.44 in.
