The DRO-1500 from Microwave Dynamics is a family of DRO’s that can be customized to operate from 2 to 40 GHz with a mechanical tuning range of 50 MHz. They have a frequency stability of up to 4 ppm/C over 0 to 50 Degree Celsius. These DROs provide an output power of up to 20 dBm while operating over a supply of 8 to 15 VDC. They are available in a module that measures 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.66 inches with SMA female connectors.
